Recipe: Messy Chips

Who doesn’t like chips? I don’t mean the thinly sliced potato snack that is found in bags, my friends over the pond, I mean real British chips. Chips go with just about anything and they’re a versatile side to accompany any dish.

Slimming World chips are rather easy to make. You cut up potatoes into long sticks about 1cm x 1cm in width. You douse them in fry-light (or another low-calorie cooking spray) and cook them. I often cooked them in the oven, but since we’ve bought an ActiFry, they’re even better!

Now you’re thinking “Chips are chips and we’ve known about Slimming World chips for a while”. Well, guess what… they can be even better, even tastier and even naughtier (without the syns) that you thought. Yes ladies and gentlemen, making chips messy is a whole new level of chip greatness!
